About Dockerills

Dockerills is a thriving family business situated in the North Laines area of Brighton, with a branch at Burgess Hill. Although the site of the Brighton shop has changed over the years, it has been part of the town's business community for as long as most Brightonians can recall.

The business was established over 90 years ago by Mr Walter Dockerill, carried on by his son Mr Walter Harry Dockerill and is now owned by his son Mr Malcolm Dockerill, who with his wife Brenda, daughters Karen and Jo and son-in-law Ryan, continues the family tradition.

Dockerills has an enviable reputation for friendly personal service and for a vast range of products in stock. Whatever you want, be it a single screw, a key cut or a complete door entry system, Dockerills will have it or can get it without delay. The staff are on hand to give prompt expert advice and assistance to their trade customers and the general public.

Shop opening times.
Monday - Friday: 8 a.m to 5:30 pm
Saturday: 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
