We are Retailers in Brighton that have been established for nearly 100 years. We offer a huge range of Architectural Ironmongery along with both modern & traditional door furniture, we have tried to include many of our products on our website but endeavour to increase this over the coming months, please contact us if you have a stock enquiry as we maybe able to help.

Making A Purchase

Shopping with us couldn’t be easier once you have made your choices, we will acknowledge your enquiry and calculate the postage, as well as checking availability, we will then confirm prices (in case of pricing mistakes or if we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason, we will always contact you first to ensure that the changed price is acceptable before processing) once you are happy we will then process the payment via our secure server.

Post & Packing

If you require shipping to anywhere other than UK (mainland) please contact us for a quote. Due to Postage costs we will quote prices for Delivery prior to despatch.

Delivery Schedule

Subject to availability most orders will be despatched within 3 days there will be an overnight option for an extra fee.
There may be rare occasions where the product sent varies slightly from the image shown.
Occasionally, if products are out of stock we may source them form different suppliers.
If this happens we will always send you a product of an equivalent quality and value. >br/> We will not be liable to you for any loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to delivery and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Back Orders

If a part of your order is out of stock and likely to hold up delivery then we will normally dispatch the bulk of the order and advise you when extra stock will be available and then despatch separately.

Privacy Policy

Dockerills will not disclose buyer's information to any third parties, other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
In this case the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Refund/Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day money back guarantee.
All we ask is that the product has not been used, and is returned un-damaged in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
Please include a copy of your original invoice with your full contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.
(This excludes special orders or items made to measure).
Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition.
You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment).
If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
If returned goods have been ordered in error or are surplus or unsuitable a 20% re-stocking charge may be applicable and at our discretion.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
