This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All we ask is that the product has not been used, and is returned un-damaged in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please include a copy of your original invoice with your full contact details, stating the reason for return and if you require a replacement or refund.
This returns policy excludes special orders or items made to measure.
Replacement products will be charged (including delivery) until the returned product has been received in a re-saleable condition. You will only be refunded your delivery cost if the return is as a result of our error (e.g. a faulty product, or incorrect shipment). If we agree to provide you with a refund we will credit your card account within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.
If returned goods have been ordered in error or are surplus or unsuitable a 20% re-stocking charge may be applicable and at our discretion.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.
